Kicking off with data analysis and Relational Database design, we formed the backend foundations through well through out data flows, ensuring efficient large data queries and a scalable base.
Backend queue management and analysis tools were developed allowing administrators and Devops teams to watch, analyse and automatically alert channels when issues are detected. Providing a user interface to manage queues allows precise optimisation and analysis of the system as it grows.
Completing the systems architecture setup up the next phase of the project, where the frontend was be developed using an Angular web app.

The Luxury Villa team use the Concierge backend systems to manage their upselling and bookings lists with their customers. Giving a direct impact on their ability to upsell trips and additions for traveler’s, the system will gracefully grow with the brand.
